What age groups does BowCamp serve? BowCamp is designed for various age groups: ages 10 to 13, where campers must be 10 years old by August 1, 2025; ages 14 to 16, where leader-in-training (LIT) participants must be 14-16 years old by August 1, 2025; and ages 17+, where staff must be 17 years old by August 1, 2025 - for more details, please refer to our Staff Info tab.
As a parent, what can I expect when we arrive at BowCamp? Check-in for camp registration begins at 3 PM, and you will receive a confirmation of registration information along with a packing list.
When does camp officially end? Pick-up is scheduled for Saturday at 10 AM, following Camp Clean-Up.
Will BowCamp accommodate special diets? Unfortunately, BowCamp cannot accommodate specific dietary restrictions or allergies. We encourage all campers to exercise caution and discretion when selecting items from the menu, especially if they have known allergies or dietary restrictions. Your child's safety and well-being are important to us, and we appreciate your understanding.
Can my son request a cabin mate? If your son would like to share a cabin with a specific boy, please indicate this on the camp registration form. The camp staff will do their best to accommodate such requests, but we cannot guarantee arrangements.
