Mandatory: Each LIT must have a personal email address, which helps instill responsibility for the BowCamp registration process. Mandatory: Each LIT must have a personal email address, which helps instill responsibility for the BowCamp registration process. Parents will continue to receive all relevant communications to support and coach them. 1. Complete the Application Form Fill out the online application form: Apply Here to Register. 2. Submit a 250-word Essay The applicant must write a short essay (250 words) explaining why they want to be a Leader in Training (LIT). Send the essay to info.bowcamp@gmail.com. 3. Interview Once the application and essay are reviewed, BowCamp staff will contact the applicant via email to schedule a brief interview. 4. Selection & Next Steps If selected, the applicant will receive an email with instructions on completing payment and signing the waiver, including details about summer camp fees.

APPLY TO BECOME COUNSELLOUR/STAFF
Youth 17+ years*Counsellors/Staff must be 18 years old by August 1st, 2025*Staff must be 17 years old by August 1st, 2025. Duties and Responsibilities include overseeing children or teens attending summer camp, leading campers in various outdoor activities, ensuring the safety of all campers, and acting as a mentor and authority figure. Youth 17+ years*Counsellors/Staff must be 18 years old by August 1st, 2025*Staff must be 17 years old by August 1st, 2025. Duties and Responsibilities include overseeing children or teens attending summer camp, leading campers in various outdoor activities, ensuring the safety of all campers, and acting as a mentor and authority figure. Requirements and Qualifications involve being 17+ years of age, with prior experience attending or working at a summer camp preferred, and experience working with children preferred. Candidates should have the physical ability to assist campers with outdoor activities and be passionate about sharing their Catholic faith. A Police Check with a vulnerable sector is also required.
